Cherokee Cultural Celebration 2026: Gate Monitoring

Assist with Red Clay's 2026 Cherokee Cultural Celebration! Volunteers will receive free admission for the event.
We need volunteers to monitor the gates for the event and take money ($5 per vehicle). We ask that you are confident in making change and handling money. We will have two volunteers stationed at each gate (2 at main entrance for handicap parking, 2 at field gate for main parking area). Park rangers will also be stationed at the field gate.
Volunteers will be parking at the picnic pavilion, so please enter through the main park gate. We will send you a volunteer pass to have on hand for parking. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift and meet us at the Visitor Center so we can go over expectations with you.
There will be a tent, a table, and chairs for gate volunteers.
