Volunteer Opportunity:
The river belongs to all of us, help keep it clean for everyone! Come help us clean up the river at Cummins Falls State Park. Volunteers will be in our gorge area of the park picking up trash. You will be in and out of the river bed so make sure you have clothing you don't care to get wet. All supplies will be available to you. We will meet in the breezeway of the visitor center.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of inclement weather we will cancel all operations and you will be contacted by park staff.
Discover the rugged beauty of Cummins Falls State Park, encompassing 457 acres in the hills of Jackson County. The park's namesake, Cummins Falls, is a breathtaking 75-foot waterfall that plunges into a natural swimming pool. Visitors can hike to scenic overlooks, explore the unique geology of the area, and wade in the refreshing waters of Blackburn Fork State Scenic River.
