Reelfoot Challenge: Join the Ultimate Fishing Event - Reelfoot Challenge

Welcome to the First Annual Reelfoot Lake Ultimate Crappie Challenge. It takes place in the world-class crappie fishery of a Bill Dance Signature Lake, Reelfoot Lake in Samburg, Tennessee.

This 18,000 acre lake, located in the upper northwest corner, is the largest natural lake in the state, formed by an earthquake in 1811-1812 that caused the Mississippi River to flow backward into a shallow basin. Reelfoot is famous for its bluegill and crappie, which rank among the best in the state.

Hours both days will be announced at the mandatory registration meeting. You may fish by yourself. All weigh-ins will take place at Kirby’s Pocket.

Entry Fee: $250 per Boat

Guarantee $10,000 first place

$750 big fish per day
