Want to hear some beautiful bird songs and learn to identify them? Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Colten on Saturday, July 25th at 8:30am at the Pin Oak Trail Head, next to the deluxe cabins, for a Morning Birding Hike around Oak Ridge Trail!
Brand new beginners and lifetime expert birders are all welcome!
We have a few pairs of binoculars for use that will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. It is recommended that you bring your own pair.
Before you attend, I recommend downloading the free app "Merlin". It is an excellent tool to learn and identify local birds by sound or picture.
