Ducktective River Hike: 1 Mile

Sun, Aug 02, 2026 at 9:00 AM to Sun, Aug 02, 2026 at 10:00 AM

Event Details

If Sherlock Holms, Nancy Drew, and Cam Janson went on a hike, what sort of clues would they find about the wildlife that lives along the Duck River? Join Ducktective Duffy on a .8 mile hike on the Wilhoite Mill Trail, to piece together the puzzle of what furry, feathered, or flying creatures have walked the trail before us!

This program is an approximately 60 minute long, leisurely hike. Please wear comfortable but sturdy, closed-toed shoes and casual hiking clothes. Binoculars are welcomed.

Important Note: Restrooms and water fountains are not located at this trailhead, therefore, please fill water bottles and use the restroom before arriving.
