Field Naturalist Summer Series: Finale

Event Details

Conclude the Field Naturalist Summer Series with Ranger Graham at Roan Mountain State Park for an immersive exploration into the mammals of Appalachia.

Participants will learn about local mammal species through an engaging presentation featuring skulls, bones, fur, track identification, and other physical specimens while discussing mammal behavior, habitats, and adaptations. The evening will conclude with a group dinner, awards, photos, and celebration of all participants who completed the summer naturalist series.
