Event Details

Join Ranger Dominic on for a Full Moon Kayak Float up the Duck River! We will be leaving from the boat launch and discussing the history associated with the Old Stone Fort, why this moon is called the “Strawberry Moon”, and some of the natural features visible along the float. Don't forget to bring water, bug spray, and clothes you don't mind getting wet. All necessary canoe equipment (paddles, canoes, and PFD's) will be provided.
