Full Moon Tandem Kayak Float –

Join us as we view the full moon with a peaceful, guided kayak float. This unique experience allows you to witness the serene beauty of nature at night, paddling beneath the glow of the full moon and surrounded by the calming sounds of the water. Whether you're an experienced kayaker or a beginner, this event offers a tranquil and memorable way to connect with nature.

$25 per participant, registration is required.

Important Information:

  • Duration: Approx. 1 hour and 30 min (8:00PM-9:30PM)
  • What to Bring:
  • A flashlight or headlamp (preferably with a red filter to preserve night vision)
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for kayaking
  • A water bottle and snack (optional)
  • Who Can Participate:
  • This is a Tandem (Two Person) Kayal Float.
  • Participants aged 10 and up are welcome, Children under 15 must have a parent participating.
  • This program is open to all skill levels. If you are new to kayaking, don't worry – we will provide all the instruction you need to feel comfortable on the water.
  • Participants will be required to have the upper body strength to paddle a kayak. As well as the ability to load and unload their kayak.
  • Where:
  • We will meet at Lake Woodhaven Boat Ramp, near Group Camp 2

No Cancellations within a week of the event. This event is rain or shine- in the case to thunderstorms or severe weather a text message will be sent to the phone number used at registration.
