Event Details

The night life at Chickasaw State Park is busy, grab a lantern and join us on a night hike to see it for yourself. Ranger Daulton will be leading a 1.5 mile hike around a portion of Lake Placid and then deep into the darkness of the forest. We will be using oil lanterns to light our way to see what comes out after dark. Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring your own water for hydration and be ready to traverse up and down hills. We will meet in the parking lot at the beach at Lake Placid.
