    Park Venues

      Chickasaw Lakefront Field (must be rented along with cabins #2 and #3)

      Average rates: $121

      Large grassy area overlooking Lake Placid. Must be rented with Cabin 2 and 3. Cabins provide restrooms, dressing rooms or kitchen space. Capacity varies.

      Chickasaw Sagamore Lodge

      Average rates: $300–$425
      Capacity: 100 guests

      Built in the late 1930s, the historic WPA Sagamore Lodge is popular for weddings, family reunions, and meetings! 

      The charming stone and brick building features two stone fireplaces and wood styling that is common to the structure built during the New Deal.  

      Although there is no kitchen, groups may bring in food. Folding tables and chairs may be provided. Restrooms are located on-site. There is no Internet accessibility. The building has central heat and air and is available year-round. 

      Chickasaw The Lawn at Brewer Cabin

      Capacity: 100 guests

      This beautiful grassy area is located near the historic Brewer Cabin.

      Chickasaw Ball Field

      Average rates: $60

    Engage your students in a hands-on learning experience with Ranger-led or teacher-led programs at Tennessee State Parks.

  • Reduce Erosion

    Added man-made surfaces to the tent areas of the campground to protect from damage caused by repeatedly setting up a tent in the same spot.  

  • Protect Habitats

    Ongoing drainage improvements in the campground to minimize damage caused by heavy rains.

  • Energy Efficiency

    Water heating upgrades to decrease energy consumption. Participate in TVAs Green Power Switch program.  

  • Trash and Recycling

    Reduced waste and costs by installing strategically placed trash and recycling dumpsters, removing all individual trash cans; placed signage to inform visitors of locations.
