Meet Ranger Hannah at the Fiery Gizzard North Trailhead for a fun adventure on the Grundy Forest Day Loop! Participants need to bring plenty of water, a snack, wear sturdy hiking shoes/boots, and dress accordingly.
This will be a moderate 2-mile hike with sections of rocky terrain. We will pass two waterfalls and hike through beautiful hemlock forests and awesome geological formations!
Participants should look over the attached Essential Eligibility Criteria prior to signing up for the program.

The park is composed of approximately 7,811 acres and boasts some of the best hiking and backcountry camping in the region. There are lots of areas to explore, including Fiery Gizzard, Denny Cove, and the Historical Grundy Lakes.
