Join Ranger Jacob for a fun Junior Ranger Camp!
Camp will be June 8th – 11th with the graduation ceremony on Friday the 12th
Each day of Camp will be from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Graduation Day will be on Friday at 6:00pm
Participants must be between the ages of 10 to 14
Fee is $40 per camper (participant)
Camp is not overnight; kids will need to be dropped off at 9:00 am and picked up at 1:00 pm on each day. Drop-off and pick-up location will be at Picnic Shelter # 4
There will be a parent orientation session from 9:00am- 9:30am on June 8th
Parents will not be permitted to stay with their camper each day
Each child will need to bring their own sack lunch for each day; coolers will be provided to keep items cold
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required online, fee is non-refundable
Campers will learn about recycling, water safety; and go hiking and kayaking along with many more fun activities!
Kayaking Day: campers are encouraged to bring their own life jackets, if campers do not have a life jacket, then one will be provided
Camp itinerary will be emailed upon registration.
On Friday the 12th, we'll host a Junior Ranger Graduation Ceremony that parents are invited to watch their child earn their Junior Ranger badge; refreshments and cake will be provided. Ceremony will be 6:00pm-8:00pm at Shelter # 4.

Cove Lake State Park, encompassing over 630 acres, is a haven of tranquility nestled in the Cumberland Mountains.
