Event Details

It is our pleasure to announce Pickett CCC Memorial State Park and Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historical Park's Junior Ranger Camp, set for June 8-11, 2026! Programs are designed for children ages 6-12. Camp will be held from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM CST, Monday-Thursday. Campers will get to explore more about birds of prey, reptiles, mammals, canoeing, the history of the Upper Cumberland, and WW1. Each day will start and end at the scheduled park. Monday and Tuesday will begin and end at Pickett State Park's Shelter #1. Wednesday and Thursday will begin and end at Sgt. Alvin C. York's Visitor Center, with graduation taking place Thursday at 3:00 PM CST in the York Barn.
