Event Details

Are you interested in becoming more connected with yourself and the world around you? Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Alayna for a relaxing morning where we will practice grounding, do breathing exercises, and observe the world around us in a different way. This 1-hour program will not include any strenuous activity, so there are no shoe or clothing requirements. We will meet in the parking area closest to the levee and wildflower garden at 9 a.m.
