Event Details

Join us at Indian Mountain State Park & learn about how natives hunted throughout different culture periods! After a brief discussion outlining the progression of native hunting technology, we will get hands on & try to hit a target using an atlatl & atlatl darts! Meet in front of the ranger station. You must be at least 8 years old & accompanied by an adult to use the atlatl. This program is FREE!
