"Pine needle soda? Really?" Yes! Join SIR Pacen in learning to utilize loblolly pine needles to make a lightly carbonated and surprisingly fruity beverage. This program will cover everything from what varieties of pine needles to use to how the natural process works, to getting to sample a premade batch.
NOTICE: Pine needles contain isocupressic acid. This substance is nontoxic and harmless to both children and adults but can cause complications to pregnancies. Pregnant or expecting women should not participate in this program.
