Looking for a quick way to give back to your park? Join us for this 30–45 minute volunteer opportunity every Saturday in November (7th, 14th, 21st & 28th) tohelp our pollinator garden grow! Join a ranger to discover why pollinators are so important, what they need to thrive, and why late fall and winter are great times to plant native seeds. Learn about future plans for Booker T. Washington State Park’s Pollinator Path, create seed bombs and seed shakers, and help plant native seeds in the park’s pollinator field. No experience is needed, just come ready to lend a hand! Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing appropriate for getting a little dirty.
