Event Details
MUST BRING YOUR OWN HORSE. MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST (MAY EMAIL COPY BEFORE EVENT). EACH RIDER MUST SIGN UP. HARD 10 PERESON PARTICIPANT MAXIMUM.

Want to go on a short trail ride? Join the park's Mounted Patrol on this 2 hour trail ride throughout the closed park. We will ride through several areas of the park, taking in nature's views, and talking about the park's history, present, and future.
Helmets are optional, but recommended. Experienced riders only please. Participants will be checked-in at the park's main gate and directed to the parking area. Please try to carpool and trailer in together if possible to allow for best parking layout.

Nestled on 105 acres in Limestone, Tennessee, David Crockett Birthplace State Park marks the humble beginnings of the legendary frontiersman. While currently closed due to extensive flood damage, the park offers a glimpse into 18th-century frontier life. The park features a replica cabin, a visitor center with exhibits, and access to the Nolichucky River, promising a blend of history and natural beauty upon its reopening.
