Event Details

Are you looking for a unique event to volunteer at? Come help out with our annual Haunted Island! This will be a two-night event, but volunteers are welcome to help on whichever night(s) work best for them. The event will last from 6PM - 9PM but volunteers are encouraged to arrive an hour early. We will need volunteers to dress up as scarers, be tour guides, and help clean up the island after the event is over. Dinner will be provided to all volunteers, free of charge, from a local food truck. Closer to our event, all registered volunteers will receive an email with detailed information. Located on Tims Ford Reservoir, the 3,546-acre Tims Ford State Park sits in the shadows of the Cumberland Plateau in south-central Tennessee. One of the Bill Dance Signature Lakes, Tims Ford Lake is considered one of the most picturesque in Tennessee and is regarded as one of the top bass fishing and recreational lakes in the Southeast.
