Valentine’s Day Weekend at Tennessee State Parks

A weekend holiday is the perfect excuse to stay overnight at your favorite state park. Four of our Lodges will host romantic getaways with mouthwatering multi-course dinners for you and your love to spend some quality time together.

The Lodge at Paris Landing is hosting a romantic Valentine's weekend. Participating couples will enjoy a one-night stay in the lodge, options for add-ons like flowers or chocolate-covered strawberries in your room. Lodge guests are welcome to the continental breakfast each morning.

The restaurant at Paris Landing will also offer an elegant Valentine’s Day meal available for lunch or dinner, featuring shareable steaks, truffle mac and cheese, green beans, and lava cake.

Reservations are required for the lodge event. Please call (931) 924-4302 to make your reservation. Reservations are available until February 7, but are not required for the meal. 

The Lodge at Fall Creek Falls is hosting a full weekend of Valentine's events designed to make the most of this iconic park. Participating couples will get a two-night stay in the lodge, an elegant meal on Friday night, exclusive waterfall tours and other activities throughout Saturday, a romantic dinner for two on Valentine's Day, and a Sunday Brunch to close out the weekend.

The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls will also host an immaculate three-course Valentine's Day dinner featuring options such as crab cakes, pork medallions, braised short ribs, or lemon pepper chicken.

Reservations are required. To reserve, please call the Lodge at 1 (423) 881-2001. Reservations will be accepted until February 10. The Valentine's Day dinner will also be available to reserve for those not participating in the overnight package.

The Lodge at Montgomery Bell is hosting the perfect relaxing night away, focused on comfort and good food. Couples will enjoy a one-night stay at the lodge, complete with a bottle of house wine or sparkling juice and a small treat in the room. Guests may choose their dinner time on either Friday or Saturday night and enjoy a continental breakfast the following morning.

The Restaurant at Montgomery Bell will host an elegant four-course meal with decadent dishes such as glazed salmon and prime rib, with a mouth-watering dessert bar including a chocolate fountain with all the dippable options.

The Lodge at Pickwick Landing is hosting a lakeside Valentine's retreat. Participating couples will enjoy a one-night stay at the lodge on either Friday or Saturday night, with a bottle of Rosé or sparkling cider and chocolate-covered strawberries in the room. Valentine's Day dinner is included on the night of your stay, followed by breakfast the next morning.

The Restaurant at Pickwick Landing will host an elegant three-course Valentine's Day dinner featuring dishes such as pork tenderloin medallions and lemon pepper chicken, with chocolate torte for dessert.

Reservations are required. Please call 731-689-3135. Reservations are accepted until February 13. The Valentine's Day dinner will also be available to reserve for those not participating in the overnight package.

The Restaurant at Cumberland Mountain will host a romantic Valentine's Day buffet featuring honey-garlic salmon filet, chicken cordon bleu, French onion soup, and Tennessee cheesecake.

The Restaurant at David Crockett will host a romantic Valentine's Day dinner with their choice of rosemary chicken or bourbon-glazed salmon. Diners will finish their night on a sweet note with either Tennessee cheesecake or a decadent chocolate lava cake.

Reservations are not accepted. Your entire party will need to be present before seating

The Restaurant at Henry Horton will feature a special Valentine's Day dinner, alongside its full menu, with romantic favorites like New York strip or red snapper. After their meal, couples can indulge their sweet tooth with a special "Old-Fashioned" cheesecake.

  • Get with your favorite Love Bird for a "Love Birds Nature Hike" where adventurous couples will watch for the birds and wildlife that call the park home.
• Fiery Gizzard State Park
  • If you've ever uttered "For the love of..." to your sweetie then you're sure to enjoy the "For the Love of Nature" hike with rangers at Fiery Gizzard State Park. This hike will showcase the beauty of the park on the Grundy Forest Loop with a stop at some of its famous waterfalls.
