Event Details

Join a Tennessee State Park ranger for a fun, hands-on introduction to archery! Kids will learn the basics of archery, practice proper shooting techniques, and enjoy the excitement of hitting the target.

Along the way, participants will learn why archery safety is so important, including how to safely handle a bow and arrows, follow range commands, and respect the shooting area and other participants.

This program is designed to be fun, educational, and encouraging while helping kids build confidence, focus, and an appreciation for this outdoor skill. Meet at the horse stables parking lot, from 10:00 AM–11:30 AM.
