Bettering the Bluff Trail

Join Seasonal Interpreter Aubrey to remove invasive species of plants from Rock Island's Bluff Trail. Volunteers are encouraged to wear close-toed hiking shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, and clothing that will be comfortable for the heat. We also recommend that volunteers bring along water in refillable bottles and gardening gloves. We will be spending up to two hours removing exotic invasive plants from the Bluff Trail. Hand tools will be provided, but volunteers are more than welcome to bring their own non-motorized tools as well.
