Caving Adventure in Jackson Cave [2 PM]

Join park staff as we embark on an underground adventure into the dark, wet, muddy cave to see on of our park's only lakes. This adventure is for explorers who don't mind getting muddy from head to toe. In fact, you'll want to where old clothes you don't mind getting stained since it's clay mud you'll be mucking through. Jackson Cave is about a hour long tour with a safety program to ensure proper gear and safety measures are in place. You will be guided by one of our park's staff familiar with the cave and will be provided helmets and headlamps.
Be wear appropriate clothing and good sturdy shoes that secure to your feet. Those who wear crocks, sandals, flipflops, or equivalent will not be able to enter the cave.
This adventure is designed for ages 10 years old and up. If you have younger children and first-timers, then try our Hermit Cave Adventure.
Permits are available here from May 1st through August 31st.
