Join Park Ranger Stoney Hughes on a scenic fall kayak float through beautiful Cold Creek for an up close view of fall colors. During the float we will discuss the changes to the landscape, while we paddle from Sam Taylor Rd. to the boat ramp at Crutcher Lake Rd. We will also discuss the Change in the Mississippi river that created new lakes in the area. Please monitor the weather and bring appropriate clothing, towels, sun screen, and some water/snacks. There is an $11 tax included fee per guest. We can provide up to 12 kayaks, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Guests will meet at the Crutcher Lake boat ramp, and will be transported to Sam Taylor Rd. for drop off.
