Need volunteer hours? Want to lend a helping hand? Cummins Falls State Parks welcomes volunteers year round for various miscellaneous tasks. There is always trash that needs picked up, invasives that need eradicated, trails that need maintained and projects going on at the park. We welcome volunteers anytime during our park hours from 8am - 4:30pm every day, whether you lend a hand for 30 minutes or 7.5 hours, we encourage you to come out! Discover the rugged beauty of Cummins Falls State Park, encompassing 457 acres in the hills of Jackson County. The park's namesake, Cummins Falls, is a breathtaking 75-foot waterfall that plunges into a natural swimming pool. Visitors can hike to scenic overlooks, explore the unique geology of the area, and wade in the refreshing waters of Blackburn Fork State Scenic River.
