Learn about East Tennessee Wildlife with Harrison Bay's captive animals. Students will learn about raptor diets with a hands-on pellet dissection, and how different birds of prey have adapted to be apex predators in their environment! The second half of the program will be up-close with Peaches the corn snake. Students will learn about snakes native to Tennessee.
Registration is limited to 25 students, K-12. Younger children (0-4) are welcomed to join but do not need to be registered. Please park in the Star Walk Trail parking lot, across from the Interpretative Center and aviary. There is a restroom available inside the Interpretative Center.
