Join Seasonal Ranger Devin on the picturesque Poplar Tree lake to learn a bit of history about the origins and ecosystem of Shelby Forest. Feel free to pack a lunch or pick up a to-go from Shelby Forest General Store to snack on while we cruise. Hopefully we will even get lucky and see a great blue heron or white egret! The tour will take about 45 minutes and there is no shade on the lake so make sure to wear sunscreen and bring water! We will meet at the nature center and all children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket. This program will meet at the Nature Center.
