The trail will be lined with guided prompts to help guide you into a pensive, reflective mindset to help you practice mindfulness.
Journals are welcome and encouraged! Several prompts will include "Journal Actions" that you can use to help guide a mindfulness journal entry while you hike and reflect.
The hike will be 1.5 miles long, beginning at our Story Book Trail, and encompassing our Lower Loop trial, ending at a picnic area. This picnic area is perfect for continued journaling, lunch, and accessing the river. The hiking terrain is of easy to moderate difficulty across a path of packed dirt and grass.
