World Ranger Day Eagle Lake Observation and Paddle

Event Details

Join Ranger ANDe Demetriou and some other park staff in paddling Eagle Lake! This location is not accessible for paddling except with a Ranger, so make sure to capitalize on this opportunity! Come and see a heron rookery, a beaver lodge, and the fantastic scenery!

You will have the opportunity to rent canoes or kayaks from us, or you can bring your own. Bring lots of water, snacks, and sun protection. There are some open spaces on Eagle Lake where escaping the sun is impossible!

We will meet at the Visitor Center around 8:45am and begin heading to Eagle Lake at 9:00am We look forward to seeing you there!
