    Picnic Areas

    Host a picnic among the serene views of Big Cypress Tree State Park with our accessible picnic shelter. Shelter 1 is wheelchair friendly and available to reserve.

    Visitor Center

    Stop by the Visitor Center to view the resident snakes at our snake exhibit. Then, grab a trail map and explore the scenic park land by paved trail. Wheelchair friendly restrooms, water fountain and bottle fill station, and parking are available nearby.

    Hiking

    The park offers a short, paved trail leading to a 0.20-mile boardwalk trail to view the seasonally flooded hardwood bottomland forest. The paved path begins at the trailhead by the Visitor Center.
