    Edgar Evins State Park cabin rentals sit on the shoreline overlooking Center Hill Lake. Located just 65 miles east of Nashville, Edgar Evins is an ideal destination for kayaking, canoeing, boating and hiking while relaxing on the water. It is an easy and convenient cabin rental option for anyone looking to enjoy the Caney Fork River. In the summer months, cabin guests can even enjoy exclusive access to the park's swimming pool. Our cabins are similar to condos. They are split-level, with a kitchen and living area on the upper level and a bedroom on the lower level, with a bathroom by the foyer. The buildings are grouped together in two lodging complexes. Parking is first-come, first-served basis. The park’s courtesy dock for cabin guests provides 16 boat slips that are available on a first-come, first-served basis as well. There are no assigned slips per unit.

    Details You Should Know

    • Minimum Reservations

      Cabins are available by reservation year-round with a two-night minimum. Holidays and special events may require longer minimum stays. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance online or through the park office.  

    • Maximum Stay 

      Maximum consecutive stay from March 1 – November 30 in any cabin is 14 nights. From December 1 – February 29, the maximum stay is 28 nights. Please contact the park directly or call 1-888-867-2757 for any request to stay beyond these limits.  

    • Pet Policy  

      There are 10 pet-friendly economy suite cabins available. There is a $20/pet/night charge. Additional charges may apply for any damage that may occur to carpet or furnishings.

    Accessibility

    If you wish to reserve an ADA accessible cabin, please contact us (1-888-867-2757). Please be aware that you must make a specific request for an ADA accessible cabin. There are a limited number, so reservations for ADA accessible cabins should be made as far in advance as possible.
