    Cabins at Tims Ford

    Located on the Tims Ford Reservoir, Tims Ford State Park cabins sit in the shadows of the Cumberland Plateau on the shores of Tims Ford Lake in south-central Tennessee. Cabin guests will enjoy one of the most picturesque lakes in Tennessee, one that is also regarded as one of the top bass fishing and recreational lakes in the Southeast.  

    The Blue Gill Grill and the Holiday Landing Resort are nearby as well as attractions such as Historic Winchester and the Jack Daniel's Distillery.

    Tims Ford Deluxe Cabins

    The park has 20 two-bedroom, one-bath cabins situated on the wooded slopes of Tims Ford Lake. Our cabins can accommodate a variety of party sizes and needs. Each cabin is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, cooking and serving utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and linens. Every cabin features a seasonal gas fireplace, outdoor balcony, a charcoal grill, and one TV with 12 channels of DirecTV.

    All rates subject to change. Taxes and fees are added upon reservation.

    Details You Should Know

    • Reservations

      Cabins are available by reservation year-round with a two-night minimum (holidays and other special events may require longer minimum stays). Cabins may be reserved up to a year in advance online or through the park office.  

      A $5 non-refundable reservation fee per cabin is required. $10 cancellation fee per cabin applies. 

    • Pet Policy

      Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins. There is an additional $20 per night pet fee, per pet.  

    Accessibility

    If you wish to reserve an ADA accessible cabin, please contact us (1-888-867-2757). Please be aware that you must make a specific request for an ADA accessible cabin. There are a limited number, so reservations for ADA accessible cabins should be made as far in advance as possible.

    The Bear Trace at Tims Ford State Park is situated on a peninsula surrounded by picturesque Tims Ford Lake. This visually compelling golf course has been recognized nationally as a “glittering newcomer…an intriguing 6,673-yard layout (Bear tees) with several different looks.” 

    Come try your hand at this Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
