Fall Creek Falls State Park

In August 2023, Fall Creek Falls State Park was impacted by a tornado. Please see the updates below regarding the current status of park availability due to past storm damage.

The following areas remain closed:

  • Piney Falls Trail (FCF parking lot to Piney Falls parking lot)
  • Millikan's Overlook Trail (overlook is open, trail is closed)
  • Inside a restaurant with wooden aesthetic, wooden tables and booths, and a canoe in the middle of the room raised up

    The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls

    The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls is an extraordinary experience that perfectly captures the natural beauty of the park. With an indoor dining space that feels authentic and true to the park's surroundings, you can enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning views of the lake. The large bar with open windows showcases the beautiful lake and sets the perfect tone for a relaxing meal. If you prefer to dine outside, the patio space is serene and offers incredible views, twinkling string lights, and a fire pit for pre or post-dinner lounging. Whether you're stopping in for lunch or dinner, The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls is a must-visit spot that will take your park experience to the next level.

    Breakfast: The Lodge offers complimentary continental breakfast to lodge guests from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM daily. Breakfast is not available to non-lodge guests at this time.

    The Restaurant offers on-site catering for functions held at Fall Creek Falls. We offer an assortment of choices for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner.  

    Park Venues

    Fall Creek Falls has a variety of indoor and outdoor venues to choose from when planning your next gathering. Need some help deciding? Our team is ready to assist.  

      • Modern lakeside hotel at sunset with a curved design, surrounded by lush greenery and woodland. The sky is a gradient of purple and orange hues.

      The Lodge at Fall Creek Falls

      This newly renovated lodge features 85 rooms with private balconies overlooking Fall Creek Falls Lake, a full-service restaurant, and over 5,000 square feet of flexible indoor event space for meetings, conferences, and more.  

      • Elegant wedding reception setup in a rustic hall with wooden floors. Tables are arranged in rows and adorned with candles and greenery, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

      Recreation Hall 

      This versatile, multi-room building near Taft Village is adjacent to the swimming pool, snack bar, General Store, and Fall Creek Falls Outfitters. Accommodating up to 175 guests, it features several rooms of various sizes for all your wedding, event, and conference needs.

      Secret Overlook

      This intimate, secluded, outdoor venue space is located in the woods with picturesque views. It offers seating for up to 50 guests and additional standing room. This private space is a beautiful option for a custom, private wedding, engagement photos, and more.

      This open-air outdoor venue has a stage and bench seating for up to 350 guests. There is ample parking and it is located next to the swimming pool.  

      • Museum exhibit featuring a taxidermy bear in a lush, artificial forest scene. Green vines and grasses create a naturalistic backdrop. Wooden railing and signs included.

      Liberty School at Andy Field

      Andy Field is surrounded by forestry and has a log-built replica of the school. There is a nine-car parking limit.
