    Located in the northwest corner of Tennessee, Reelfoot Lake cabins are located on the shores of Reelfoot Lake and are in close proximity to the Mississippi River. Cabin visitors can experience the uniqueness of Reelfoot Lake, as the lake is, in fact, a flooded forest with an ecosystem like no other in Tennessee. The park is home to a variety of aquatic plants and birds such as american bald eagles and majestic cypress trees. 

    Cabin guests can explore the park’s singularity while paddling, touring, boating, hiking, fishing, or even birding. Guests also have access to the park’s Donaldson Memorial Museum and Nature Center, featuring live animals and wildlife exhibits or nearby attractions such as Dixie Gun Works and the Emmett Lewis Heritage Museum. Overall, the variety of activities and amenities offered make Reelfoot Lake State Park cabins a great vacation spot for all ages.

    Details You Should Know

    • Minimum Stay 

      There is a 2-night minimum stay required. Holidays and other special event times may require longer minimum stays. Peak times require a 3-night minimum stay (including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day).   

    • Maximum Stay 

      Maximum consecutive stay from March 1 – November 30 in any one cabin is 14 nights. From December 1 – February 29, the maximum stay is 28 nights.   

    • Reservations 

      Reservations may be made through our central reservations system (see phone number above) or the Lodge up to 13 months in advance.   

    • Pet Policy 

      Pets are permitted in Cabins 5 and 6 only. There is a $20 per pet/night charge for standard cabins. Additional charges may apply for any damage that occurs to the carpet or furnishings.   

    Accessibility

    If you wish to reserve an ADA accessible cabin, please contact us (1-888-867-2757). Please be aware that you must make a specific request for an ADA accessible cabin. There are a limited number, so reservations for ADA accessible cabins should be made as far in advance as possible.

    Located in the Visitor Center, the Reelfoot Lake Gift Shop is the perfect place to pick up a map, learn about the park, or find a souvenir. You’ll also find an assortment of apparel and keepsakes to remember your trip to the park.
