    Experience the Venues at Cumberland Mountain

    Cumberland Mountain State Park is located in Crossville, Tennessee, between Nashville and Knoxville, and offers a versatile and varied selection of meeting spaces, a restaurant overlooking the lake, and an outdoor patio available for custom events.

    Catering is available through he on-site restaurant,  The Restaurant at Cumberland Mountain.

    Our Event Spaces

      Cumberland Mountain Recreation Lodge

      Average rates: $300
      Capacity: 225 guests

      The Cumberland Mountain State Park recreation lodge offers 2,788 square feet of rental meeting space. The hall has a stage, fireplace, restrooms, and a swimming pool is located nearby.

      Cumberland Mountain Patio

      Average rates: $400
      Capacity: 50 guests

      Located outside of The Restaurant at Cumberland Mountain, the Cumberland Mountain Patio is a perfect outdoor venue for your next event. The patio features native Crab Orchard stone and a beautiful view of Byrd Lake. The patio accommodates up to 50 people with tables and chairs. The Restaurant at Cumberland Mountain provides catering.

      Cumberland Mountain Amphitheater

      Average rates: $150
      Capacity: 75 guests

      The amphitheater at Cumberland Mountain is a rustic outdoor venue with natural bench seating and a view of Byrd Lake.

    Meeting Rooms at the Restaurant

    The Restaurant at Cumberland Mountain offers three meeting rooms on the lower level overlooking Byrd Lake.

    These spaces provide patio access and each room has an eight-foot ceiling. Accessible parking is nearby, and the building is ADA-accessible. Audio/visual equipment is also available and catering is provided by The Restaurant.

      Cumberland Mountain Meeting Room A

      Average rates: $300
      Capacity: 150 guests

      This 70-foot-by-30-foot room offers 2,100 square feet of space and can accommodate seating arrangements from 90 people (including tables and chairs) to 150 people (chairs only). 

      • A meeting room with U-shaped tables and chairs arranged around the perimeter, carpeted flooring, and double doors leading outside.

      Cumberland Mountain Meeting Room B

      Average rates: $200
      Capacity: 40 guests

      Meeting Room B measures 30 feet by 30 feet and can accomodate from 24 people seated at tables and chairs to 40 people with only chairs.

      • A large carpeted meeting room with wall sconces, double doors to the outside, and no furniture.

      Cumberland Mountain Meeting Room C

      Average rates: $200
      Capacity: 40 guests

      Meeting Room C measures 30 feet by 30 feet and can accomodate from 24 people seated at tables and chairs to 40 people with only chairs.

    Located on scenic Byrd Lake, the Homestead Harvest Restaurant serves a variety of family favorites. Whether you're stopping in for a cold beverage after a hike or something more substantial, we hope to see you soon.

    Pavilions at Cumberland Mountain

    Cumberland Mountain State Park has four picnic shelters/pavilions that may be reserved for your next event or gathering. Depending on the shelter, the maximum capacity ranges from 60 to 75 people. The shelters are equipped with picnic tables, a grill, and most have access to nearby restrooms. Depending upon the shelter, you will have access to a playground, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts, or a ball field nearby.

      Cumberland Mountain Shelter 1

      Average rates: $78
      Capacity: 75 guests

      Shelter 1 is handicap accessible, has restrooms nearby and access to water and electrical. It is the largest of the park shelters and is great for company picnics or large groups. Shelter 1 is located near tennis courts, a volleyball court, a softball field, and other playground equipment.

      Cumberland Mountain Shelter 2

      Average rates: $54
      Capacity: 60 guests

      Located near tennis courts, a playground area, and a volley ball court, this shelter can accommodate up to 60 people. The shelter is equipped with picnic tables, access to water and electric, and has a charcoal grill. The restrooms are nearby.

      Cumberland Mountain Shelter 3

      Average rates: $54
      Capacity: 60 guests

      Shelter 3 is located on a small hill across from the tennis courts, volleyball court, and playground area. This shelter has access to electrical and water. The restrooms are nearby.

      Cumberland Mountain Shelter 4

      Average rates: $54
      Capacity: 60 guests

      Shelter 4 is located closer to the boat dock. Parking is at the boat dock, restrooms are nearby, and there is access to water and electric at the shelter.
