Detour required for Park Access

T.O. Fuller State Park

Due to I-55 construction/exit ramp bridge demolition, exit #7 (Third Street/Hwy 61) will be closed. Traffic congestion is expected, so park visitors are encouraged to use Exit #8 (New Horn Lake Road) for Mitchell Road access and exit #9 (Mallory Avenue) for Plant Road access to T.O. Fuller State Park from I-55.

    T.O. Fuller State Park is located in southwest Memphis, about 10 miles south of downtown and just minutes from Graceland. Despite its urban setting, the park offers a quiet, wooded landscape with rolling terrain, floodplain wetlands, and wildflower valleys. Visitors can explore miles of trails, including routes that connect to the nearby Chucalissa archaeological site, or enjoy birding throughout the park. 

    Camping options include sites for tents and RVs with water and electric hookups, set among shaded hardwood trees.

    T.O. Fuller State Park Campground

    Tent & RV

    Campsites are RV accessible with some sites accommodating up to 85 feet of RV space. Tent campers are also welcome. The campground has a picnic shelter, playground, bathhouse and laundry. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table, lantern hanger, fire ring, grill, electrical and water hook-ups. 

    There is a centralized dumping station near the entrance of the campground. A bathhouse is centrally located and contains restroom facilities, coin laundry, and showers. Reservations are accepted and stay limit is two weeks.

    • RV Sites and Tents

      Campsites that are RV accessible with some sites accommodating up to 85 feet of RV space. Tent campers are also welcome.

    • Amenities

      The campground has a picnic shelter and playground. A bathhouse is centrally located and contains restroom facilities, coin laundry, and showers. There is a centralized dumping station near the entrance of the campground.

    • Electric and Water

      Campsites are equipped with water and 30/50-amp electric hookups.

    Firewood Policy

    Tennessee State Parks asks that ALL campfires be made with heat-treated wood or downed wood collected inside the park, near the campsite. Please refrain from bringing untreated wood into the park.
