Some Trails Closed

Montgomery Bell State Park

Portions of the Montgomery Bell and Creech Hollow Trails will be closed for visitor safety beginning 3/2/26 due to a timber salvage project as a result of the November storms that brought down thousands of trees. We anticipate reopening the closed portions in May 2026.

    The Lodge at Montgomery Bell

    Guests will enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors while just minutes away from the interstate. The Lodge features modern rooms, a full-service restaurant and bar, and 6,000 square feet of flexible event space. The Lodge at Montgomery Bell is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax by the outdoor pool (open seasonally) or kick back with a craft beer in the lounge after a day spent vacationing in the outdoors. For the more adventuresome, the park has kayaks for rent on Lake Acorn, miles of hiking trails, dedicated mountain bike trails, and an 18-hole golf course.

    Stay in the heart of nature.

    Looking for a lakeside retreat near Nashville? The Lodge offers 119 rooms with one king or two queen-sized beds. We have a select number of ADA-accessible and pet-friendly rooms.  

    All rooms come with private balconies overlooking the lake, free WiFi and cable TV. Guests have access to the on-site restaurant and lounge, outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), fire pit area and patio spaces.

      King Bed

      These rooms offer one king-size bed and a balcony overlooking Lake Acorn. Each room includes free wifi and cable TV. The bathroom features a spacious tiled shower with a large illuminated vanity mirror. The Lodge offers a select number of ADA-accessible king rooms with all the included comforts plus accessible accommodations.

      Suite

      The Lodge at Montgomery Bell offers six suites. These suites consist of two guest rooms and a center parlor room that can each be rented separately. 

      • Bedroom with two double beds, large window, TV, and ceiling fan.

      Double Beds – 2 Queen Beds

      These rooms offer two queen-size beds and a balcony overlooking Lake Acorn. Each room includes free wifi and cable TV. The bathroom features a spacious tiled shower with a large, illuminated vanity mirror. The Lodge offers a select number of ADA-accessible king rooms with all the included comforts plus accessible accommodations.

    If you wish to reserve an ADA accessible room or suite, please contact the lodge directly. Please be aware that you must make a specific request for an ADA accessible room and there are a limited number, so reservations for ADA accessible rooms should be made as far in advance as possible.

      Montgomery Bell Conference Center

      Average rates: $800–$2500
      Capacity: 600 guests

      The conference center offers a total of 6,048 square feet of meeting space, which can be customized to group size. The center is equipped with audio/visual and public address systems. Standard business items such as overhead, DVD and LCD projectors, microphones and stands, podiums, and internet connections are available to rent.

      Capacity: 20 guests

      Our 464-square-foot boardroom is perfect for private meetings, offering seating for up to 20 individuals in an executive setting and is open year-round.
