Camping at Bledsoe Creek
Bledsoe Creek State Park is located in Middle Tennessee along the shores of Old Hickory Lake, about 30 minutes northeast of downtown Nashville. The park offers a quiet lakeside setting with forested areas, wildlife viewing, and easy access to the water.
Camping options include a modern campground with paved and gravel sites for tents and RVs, all offering water and electric hookups. For a more minimalist stay, the park also features hammock-only primitive campsites located a short walk from the campground.

Each site is equipped with water and electric hookups.
Bledsoe Creek Hammock Campground
Bledsoe Creek has three, hammock-only, primitive campsites located behind the main campground. Amenities include a picnic table and grill/fire ring combo. You must hike-in, vehicles are not allowed at the campsite. Parking is in a paved, public lot, which is about 20 to 50 yards away from the campsites. Capacity limits for each site are six people/six hammocks. Do not stack hammocks or modify or cut trees. Practice Leave No Trace and pack out what you bring in.
