Due to erosion issues, One Way Road, past the campground at Meeman-Shelby, is closed. Please don't try to access these areas for your safety.

    Horseback Riding at Meeman-Shelby Forest 

    Bring your own horse! Rental horses are not available.

    The Horse Trail – Multi-Use Trail meanders along a bluff with the largest loop overlooking Poplar Tree Lake. 

    The trail closes for inclement weather and wet conditions. Call 1-901-876-5215 or check our Facebook page for updates to verify that the trail is open.
